Targeted stretching and strengthening techniques will help the release to stick. Sports massage is recommended 2-3 days before or after a competition, to help your body prepare or recover. Sports massage can help an injured athlete return safely and comfortably to activity after injury. It is a combination of manual therapy and injury-specific exercises to help your body recover.
