Rutyneia Pareira-Tavares
Director
Hi, I am Ruty. I am truly proud to be a director of In Touch and strive to do my very best to contribute meaningfully as part of this wonderful group.
I have been living in the UK for nearly 11 years, and during that time I have always received support from others. Now, after completing my Book-keeper course, I feel ready to give back by supporting In Touch with my knowledge and skills in finance.

Hi, I'm Ama. I'm very excited to be a director of In Touch, a group of brave and beautiful people that provide sorely needed mind/body relief to so many wonderful souls. From supporting those labouring to find sanctuary in this country to our work with the wider community and our elders, I'm proud to be part of this wonderful enterprise. I bring to the table bags of enthusiasm and creative thinking, community focus and a dash of legal background. As well as using and believing in Complementary Therapies, I have a keen interest in community power and justice.
